1. General Agreement & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", "You") and 7UNICI STORE™ (including store.7unici.com and 7unici.com, operated by 7UNICI). By browsing our catalog, creating an account, or placing any order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
To place an order or create an account, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental consent. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and verifiable delivery and contact information during checkout. 7UNICI STORE reserves the right to cancel orders originating from false, incomplete, or fictitious contact details.
3. Product Pricing & Inventory Accuracy
All prices displayed on 7UNICI STORE are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes (GST). We strive for absolute accuracy in pricing and product specifications. In the unlikely event of a typographical pricing error, we reserve the right to contact the customer to adjust or cancel the affected order prior to physical dispatch.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Prepaid Orders
- Prepaid Orders (UPI / Online): Full online payment via Razorpay. Eligible for exclusive promotional instant discounts and voucher cashback when subtotal exceeds ₹999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): To prevent courier RTO (Return to Origin) spam and verify genuine intent, COD orders require a strictly non-refundable ₹299 advance booking confirmation fee. The balance due (Product price + shipping) is collected in cash or UPI by the delivery boy at your doorstep.
- COD Order Commitment: Once a COD order is dispatched with ₹299 advance paid, the customer is obligated to accept the parcel from the courier executive upon arrival.
5. Store Vouchers & Cashback Rules
- Store vouchers are automatically awarded exclusively on verified prepaid orders of minimum ₹999.
- Vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and automatically expire thereafter.
- Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between separate customer accounts.
- A maximum of 20% voucher discount can be applied on any single order exceeding ₹999.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, brand names, product photographs, videos, descriptions, and proprietary software code displayed on 7UNICI STORE are the exclusive intellectual property of 7UNICI. Unauthorized reproduction, web-scraping, or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution.
7. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Jurisdiction
In no event shall 7UNICI STORE, its directors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum aggregate liability shall never exceed the actual purchase amount paid by the customer for the specific item in question. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
